Château Marquis d’Alesme

Château Marquis d'Alesme is a prestigious domaine producing great Margaux wines. The produced red wines, ranked as Third Growth in 1855 and world famous, are composed of 60% Cabernet sauvignon, 30% merlot, petit verdot and cabernet franc. The vines are ideally located next to the mythical First Growth Château Margaux, based on a gravel soil which is favorable to the production of high-quality wines. They are fine, elegant wines, typical of this exceptional appellation.
