Château Marquis de Terme, property of the Sénéclauze family, produces great Margaux wines. The produced red wines, ranked as Fourth Growth in 1855, are composed of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 33% Merlot and 7% Petit Verdot. The 40-ha vineyard is cultivated according to a sustainable and responsible agriculture on a gravel soil and produces about 13 000 bottles of First and Second Growth wine each year. These bottles are typical of the Margaux appellation and represent an excellent value for money.
