Château Branaire-Ducru is a prestigious domaine producing great Saint-Julien wines, located next to the famous Château Beychevelle. In the 17th century, the two domaines formed a single vineyard. The produced red wines, ranked as Fourth Growth in 1855, are composed of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot and 10% Petit Verdot. There are very appreciated by lovers of prestigious wines for their refinement and balance, obtained by tannins and acidity.
