Wine estate bordelais so the castle belongs to historical monuments since 2003. It has the distinction of exploiting its harvests in the presence of Botrytis Cinerea which is a "noble rot" giving a very specific aroma and much sought after between sweet and acid.
The soils of the farm are clay and limestone, coupled with sand, characteristic of the gravel. Two varieties are worked on nearly 102 hectares: the Semillon in majority, then the Sauvignon Blanc.
It is not uncommon to wait several decades to reveal the full potential of the wine as its complexity is significant.
