Historic winery which has now disappeared, Maison Louis Affre was founded in 1823. Vine owner in Côte de Beaune (Clos du Roi, Marconnets, Grêves, Bressandes...) and Côte de Nuits (Vergelesse, Ruchottes...), it is a major player in the Bourgogne viticultural landscape. Famous for its production quality, it has a few First Growth and Grand Cru villages.
