The 1984 Château Prieur de La Commanderie is a Bordeaux red wine under the prestigious Pomerol appellation. This fine wine is a blend of 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet franc. Now knowed as Château Fayat as a result of the merger between the 3 Pomerol castles, the entire vineyard spreads over 16 ha cultivated according to a sustainable and responsible agriculture, which makes this Pomerol a fruity and intense wine in its youth, inclined to improve wonderfully with time. With famous œnologist Michel Rollas as a consultant, part-owner Clément Frayat only thrives to better this wine. The 1984 Château La Dominique seems to be from another time.
