The 1954 Château Branaire is a Bordeaux red wine from the Saint-Julien appellation, a blend of 70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 22% Merlot, 4% Petit Verdot and 4% Cabernet franc. As a result of the land-division of the famous Château Beychevelle, Château Branaire Ducru spreads over 50 ha of vines producing red wine exclusively. This Fourth Growth Bordeaux's production is mainly intended for the export market and older bottles are rare. The 1954 Château Branaire is a Grand Cru which will make a unique and original wine-themed gift. A collection bottle, an ancient wine for lovers of old vintages.
