The 1973 Couvent des Jacobins is a Bordeaux red wine from the Saint-Emilion appellation.
Owned by the Joinaud-Borde family since 1902, the vines producing this great wine are located around the Saint-Emilion ramparts, spread over 10 ha composed mostly of Merlot with added Cabernet franc. Ancient wine, the 1973 Couvent des Jacobins is an exceptional wine.
