The 1970 Château La Pointe is a Bordeaux red wine from the Pomerol appellation.
Among the largest Pomerol domaines, Château La Pointe spreads over 22 ha of vines composed of Merlot and Cabernet franc. Now owned by the Generali insurance group, they made important investments in the vines and wineries. With the help of Hubert de Boüard de la Forest, famous wine advisor and co-owner of Château Angélus, the La Pointe wines are the perfect representation of the Pomerol appellation.
Vintaged wine, the 1970 Château La Pointe is a bottle for lovers of matured Bordeaux and will make a unique wine-themed gift.
