The 1979 Mouton Cadet from Baron Philippe de Rothschild is a red wine under Bordeaux appellation, a blend of 84% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon and 6% Cabernet franc. This wine was created in the 1930s, fruit of the labour and love for Bordeaux of the Baron Philippe de Rothschild who wished to make Bordeaux wine more accessible to the public...
