Family property which Yves Blondeau took over when his father retired in 2003, this renowned vineyard, established since 1985, produces a large range of Jura wines, from Crément du Jura to the famous Château Chalon, classic long-ageing wine. Mysterious wine, the Arbois Vin Jaune is a dry white wine produced exclusively from Savagnin in the Jura vineyard. Developping flavors of fresh walnut, baked apple and saffron, this wine unfolds the most important long-lasting aromas in the world. With an interesting shape, the bottles have a capacity of 62 cl and are called « Clavelins ».
