The 1973 Château Canon is a Bordeaux red wine under Saint-Émilion appellation. This staple wine is a blend of 75% Merlot and 25% Cabernet franc. Property of the Wertheimer (Chanel) family, owner of Château Rauzan-Ségla, with a 34 ha vineyard, Château Canon was considered for a long time as a « sleeping beauty » in spite of its exceptional terroir. Now with a new managing team, this First Growth domaine is on its way to become one of the 4 biggest names under Saint-Émilion. The 1973 Château Canon, great vintaged wine, is a unique and original gift which will delight your loved ones.
