The 2001 Château Moulin Riche is a red wine under Saint-Julien appellation, a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Verdot and Cabernet franc. Often wrongly considered as Château Leoville Poyferré's second wine, Château Moulin Riche has its own 21 ha vineyard. This Bordeaux wine was ranked Cru Bourgeois in 1932. Bought together with its elder by the Cuvelier family, it quickly became a reference among the Saint-Julien wines thanks to its excellent value for money. The 2001 Château Moulin Riche is a great vintaged wine... Perfect for a gourmet dinner, especially in Magnum !
