The 1979 Château Larrivet Haut Brion is a Bordeaux red wine under Pessac Léognan. This fine wine from a great vintage is a blend of 55% Merlot, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Cabernet franc. Historic property, the Château Haut Brion's first traces appeared in the 17th century and started to resemble the castle we know now only in the mid 1900s. Composed of 72 ha of well located vines, including 61 dedicated to red wines, the Château Larrivet Brion wines stand out with their elegance, character and long-ageing quality. This 1979 Château Larrivet Haut Brion is an opportunity to try a beautiful and perfectly matured Pessac Leognan.
