The 1997 Château d'Armailhac is a Bordeaux red wine from the Pauillac appellation, a blend of 53% Cabernet, 34% Merlot, 11% Cabernet franc and 2% Petit Verdot.
Château Mouton Baronne Philipe, also known as Château d'Armailhac, is a Fifth Growth domaine spread over 65 ha of vines located between First Growth Château Mouton Rothschild and Château Pontet Canet. Often wrongly considered as Château Mouton Rothschild's « laboratory », Château Mouton Baron Philippe is a quality Grand Cru producing renowned wines with excellent value for money.
