Historic winery founded in 1832, Labouré-roi was one of the first wine traders in Bourgogne. Producing a large range of red and white wines, including the Chassagne Montrachet, the Chassagne Montrachet appellation spreads over 300 ha of vines in Côte de Beaune, famous for its exceptional white wines, especially Grands Crus such as Montrachet and Batard Montrachet, a few nice Pinot Noir-based red wines were also created.
The 2001 Chassagne Montrachet Labouré-roi is a matured quality Bourgogne wine.

Nuits-Saint-Georges appellation. First Growth Bourgogne. Excellent preservation.
