The 1985 Château Moucaillou is a Bordeaux red wine from the Moulis en Médoc appellation.
This great wine is a blend of 52% Cabernet, 41% Merlot and 7% Petit Verdot. Not appearing in the famous Bordeaux Wine Official Classification of 1855 only because Château Moucaillou didn't exist at the time, this one is today worth just as much as some of those wines. The Moucaillou are charming well-balanced wines for a low price, and this staple 1985 bottle is the perfect example.
Magnum size. Great vintage. Saint-Emilion Grand Cru appellation.
